Our stress-free process begins by:

  1. A free up to 30 minutes consultation
    To establish the possibility of attaining a mortgage for your first property.
  2. Document Assessment
    Once we have agreed to work together, we will then carry out an affordability assessment. We will need documents such as your employment history, proof of ID and residency, confirmation of deposit and your latest credit report.
  3. Affordability Assessment
    This calculates your indicative borrowing capacity, which along with your deposit will indicate your maximum property price ceiling.
 
We will then be in constant communication, working together to ensure you get your dream property.
